Launch of revamped Q-RADAR Customer Support Center

The new revamped Center is now integrated into the main website to make it easier for Q-RADAR users to log in and access support services. The Customer Support Center makes available a number of key features for Q-RADAR users:

  • There is a database of solutions within the Center which will allow users to search for common issues related to the Q-RADAR system
  • Log cases or queries related to the Q-RADAR, which will be automatically routed to our dedicated IT Support team
  • Keep track of all your previous historical queries (in case you need to refer to previous issues)
