Roots Consulting merges with the Tricor Global Group to form Tricor Roots Consulting

The merger with Tricor is part of Roots Consulting global strategy to build on its world class Governance, Risk & Compliance ("GRC") solutions and in particular, the Q-RADAR system. The new merged entity will be re-named TRICOR ROOTS CONSULTING.

As a combined entity, the TRICOR Group will be the largest group in Malaysia in offering a complete suite of Corporate and Outsourcing solutions for organization, which includes:
